This is a meditative form of yoga where you stay in a pose as relaxed as possible for 3 to 5 minutes. This practice targets the denser tissues, such as connective tissue, helping it become or remain flexible. I intuitively respond to the needs of the group or an individual during the session.

Dance Journey ~For Woman~
Every Monday from 18:30 to 22:00
These evenings are for women who seek to deepen their connection with dance, their womanhood, and their personal expression. In an intimate group of 7 to 19 women, we will dance with everything that life holds.

In deze workshop onderzoeken we de mogelijkheden van onze stem in combinatie met onze drum en ons lijf.
Om jezelf te laten klinken en je eigen plek in te nemen. We gaan spelen met deze energie, ontdekken hoeveel plezier, vrije expressie en wat voor een nieuwe open ruimte er ontstaat als je jezelf laat klinken.
